What You’ll Be Doing
Ocean Network is building toward a world where compute becomes a true commodity: hardware that anyone can provide, verify, and access globally through a standardized, open marketplace.
That shift requires more than infrastructure. It needs people who can explain what is actually happening in a way that developers, researchers, and Web3 users can understand and act on.
This program is content first. The role is to break down how Ocean Network works and why it matters, using formats that suit your strengths. That could mean short form videos, detailed tutorials with screenshots, visual explainers, or structured threads. The format is flexible. The goal is always the same: clarity that moves people from confusion to understanding.
How It Works
The process is simple. You apply with your background and any relevant previous work. Every application is reviewed individually, and selected applicants are invited into a private Discord community.
Everything then runs in monthly cycles:
- New bounties are shared at the start of each cycle
- You choose what to work on based on your strengths and audience
- You publish and engage with the community around your content
- Contributions are evaluated on quality, reach, and community engagement
These factors translate into points. At the end of each cycle, a shared pool is distributed proportionally among contributors.
Rewards and Expectations
The structure is built to reward real impact. Strong, useful content that reaches the right audience earns more. There are additional bonuses for top contributors and for those who help raise the overall quality of the program. The reward pool scales with participation, so earning potential does not get diluted as more ambassadors join.
This is not a program built around follower count. A well executed tutorial that helps a small group understand something properly is worth more than content that gets attention without depth. What matters is the ability to communicate clearly, think independently, and stay consistent.
To stay active, ambassadors are expected to publish at least two approved pieces of content each month. The program is selective, but open to anyone willing to learn, create, and show up consistently.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Spots are limited.
